1st Visit to the Dentist

For a kid that needed to be held down by both parents to get his haircut, I was a little worried taking him to the dentist for the first time, but he was fabulous. What are the chances this continues for the next 18 years?

Easter Egg Hunts

Our 2nd annual easter egg hunts. First, our neighborhood hunt on a FREEZING morning. Bundled the kids up in winter coats and hats while the little ones stayed home (we have 2 newborns and 3 pregnant moms- yep, we are the losers in the hood).  It got so cold that the kids gave up and went inside and we made the dads pick up the eggs!  Next year should be fun with all the new additions and hopefully warmer.

The following week, we had the 2nd annual Blair easter egg hunt. It was a little warmer so much more fun!

Class Picture Time!!

Didn't we just have class pictures???  I was away traveling for work, so Brian got the fun of getting Cian ready for school pictures. Interesting how a pull over that has been in Cian's closet all winter long, one that he refused to wear for me, suddenly is the piece of clothing Cian had to wear that day (even though its too big for him). Whatever Brian did, we got the best smiles yet from Cian so daddy might be in charge of school picture day from now on.

Took Cian bowling for the 1st time with our neighbors. I don't think I've been inside a bowling alley for 20+ years! I was not expecting such a nice, fun place! And they have these cute little dinosaurs that the kids use to give their balls some speed!

Big news- we have now graduated to a normal hair cut place (instead of driving 45+ minutes to the kids only place) and Cian doesn't cry anymore! Bribing with lollipops does wonders!

How do you get a kid to eat veggies? Smoothies! Enjoy that kale and spinach Cian - ha ha ha
