Last weekend in September I took my first trip away from Brian and Cian for a girls weekend. It was so nice to spend a long weekend with all of my wonderful girl friends in Chatham, with no kids or husbands. We talked, we shopped, we played tennis, went for runs and walks, we ate great food and drank a new drink "The Happy Humber!", went to the spa and laughed tons. Its so hard when you live so far away from your best girl friends in the world, and such a wonderful feeling when you get together and pick up like not a day has gone by. Already looking forward to next years girl's trip (even though our husbands probably aren't!)
