Hurricane Sandy

We got some fun visitors during the week of October 29th due to Hurricane Sandy. The storm hit us the night of Monday, October 29th - we lost power for a little bit but thankfully didn't have any damage from the winds. Everyone else lost power for days due to the fallen trees. Unfortunately, Noel, Kristin and Jackson got a much more interesting adventure. Their building was flooded, the parking garage totaled and after losing power, water, elevators and smelling the fumes from gasoline leaking out of the flooded cars - they came to crash with us in PA.

While it was stressful for them, it was nice to spend  time with the Hodges and watch Cian and Jackson spend time together. They even got to spend their first Halloween together!
